SPAM or UCE (unsolicited commercial email) costs: We have a ZERO tolerance policy when it comes to email classed as UCE/SPAM emanating from any of our server addresses. This simply means, do not use your Wingz Web Dezign/Web Host Global server to send any email that is not expected, or unsolicited.

If any of our clients has been identified as sending SPAM we will immediately launch an investigation, and if there is proof that the UCE/SPAM originated from a client (through easily tracing email headers) than the client account will be terminated immediately and said client will be liable to cover the costs of our investigation and any penalties imposed through legal redress.

If any UCE/SPAM is received by any of our clients, immediately upon notification we will take whatever steps necessary to report the UCE/SPAM to every link in the ISP chain, including using our account at SPAMCop to have the sender's ISP cease further instances. This usually means that the sender will have his/her account terminated.
